1.I expect to pass through this world but once; any good therefore that I can do, or any kindness that I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now; let me not defer or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again"..
2.When a slave adopts humility (tawaadhu i.e. I am nothing) for the sake of Allah Ta’aalaa, He elevates him, and when the slave lets pride (kibr i.e. I am something) overtake him, Allah Ta’aalaa disgraces him."
3."I wish that mankind would learn this knowledge - meaning his knowledge - without even one letter of it being attributed to me” – Imaam ash-Shaafi'ee4.. Never do I argue with a man with a desire to hear him say what is wrong, or to expose him and win victory over him. Whenever I face an opponent in debate I silently pray - O Lord, help him so that truth may flow from his heart and on his tongue, and so that if truth is on my side, he may follow me; and if truth be on his side, I may follow him. Have I your Support
Manager support: “Have I your Support”?...It is aimed at managers of hospitals and other health-care leadesrship.Well dont mean to sound ugly,...A hidden truth: Hostility in healthcare,A long history of power imbalance and inadequate communication skills in the health care culture manifests as a continous issue by refusing to let conflict go underground and resolving our own issues, when both managers and staff have an opportunity to create a new culture – one that is respected and acknowledged for its healthy teamwork; one that keeps its sacred promise to patients to guard their trust, and above all, keep them and their patients safe.Horizontal behaviors can be overt or covert and are extremely hurtful. Gestures such as raised eyebrows, cliques, sarcasm and eye-rolling have a profound and detrimental effect on teamwork, retention, quality, safety and satisfaction and are the source of a great deal of conflict...now it is surpassing boundaries of "moral ethics," interfering in personal , or marital,or buisness relations of fore farhers - impringing upon privacies of individuals .A broken system can't run for so long': it is patient who ultimately suffers,The Peers who destroyed hospitals/instituions with their lack of Dynamic Vision couldn't promote the efficacy or effeiciency in hospital patient management., healthcare administrators have had to meet myriad challenges relating to patient care, rising costs, advances in technology but politics;Attempts at improving Managrs, care providers communication and collaboration in the past have failed because the education failed to acknowledge that both assertiveness skills and courage are required to speak up to " faculty, physicians, paramedics , staff to bring them on same page . In addition, past Head masters have not typically perceived a problem with “the way things always are.” leaders must empower staff to stand up for themselves and never make excuses for destructive or negative behaviors. Even the smallest of condescending mannerisms has a profound impact on the team.Although early institutions aiming to provide cures for health maladies have been around since the time of the ancient Greeks..Manager intervention in holding"senior physicians accountable for their behavior is crucial because the damage is exponential and insidious – but often absent as managers struggle to maintain good relationships with their physician partners. ,,My experience says, managers state that they hesitate to say anything because they are afraid the "faculty /Srphysician may leave or uncoperate – and therefore leave the clinic or hospital stranded with inadequate physician coverage. And so they tolerate the behavior. But there is no doubt that poor professional relations inhibit communication and are detrimental to patient safety, teamwork and satisfaction above all for an Instituion -and ultimatelt it is patient care which suffers.Alas! The new statement promises d to “promote the public welfare through the development of better hospital care for all the people.”How will you rate yourslef- to be judged for your tenure as ;healthcare leader or Manager in ....Meeting Challenges. My Q; Why our mission statement has changed, often in accordance with new social and political attitudes of our Masters.
