2.When a slave adopts humility (tawaadhu i.e. I am nothing) for the sake of Allah Ta’aalaa, He elevates him, and when the slave lets pride (kibr i.e. I am something) overtake him, Allah Ta’aalaa disgraces him."
3."I wish that mankind would learn this knowledge - meaning his knowledge - without even one letter of it being attributed to me” – Imaam ash-Shaafi'ee4.. Never do I argue with a man with a desire to hear him say what is wrong, or to expose him and win victory over him. Whenever I face an opponent in debate I silently pray - O Lord, help him so that truth may flow from his heart and on his tongue, and so that if truth is on my side, he may follow me; and if truth be on his side, I may follow him. Conviction Of Path Chosen—Line Between Critique And Conviction of A Successful Leadership
A Great Leadership Legacy-How strong was his leadership pipeline?LEGACY OF A SUCCESFUL LEADER--
Conviction Of Path Chosen—Lost in wounded Paradise ;
Line Between Critique And Conviction…xxxx
Will you be known for your great leadership legacy?
I’ve been thinking about this. Your leadership legacy is how people remember you. It’s what they think and feel about you when you leave the room—today, and tomorrow.
What have you done for this day..??..Staying true to your values is not always easy, but if you do sure you will live in heart's'& you will be missed…Dr.Fiaz Fazili

Time flows eternally; sprouting decision tree all through life. Rare are those who have it down to utter conviction. Once the path is laid out by them, somewhere along the way, their pursuit of a cherished goal turns into unhinged obsession or quest.
Not the blind, zealous conviction of an ideologue, but conviction born out of analysis and examination, What I want to remind you to remember is that I am not a professional political analyst or an expert investigative scriber our relationship with the truth is fundamental but in reality cracked, refracting confusingly like fragmented glass. It is the core of our lifestyle we are expected to pursue it with strategies painstakingly constructed of truth without painted lies and concealment and every variation on deception.
Though choosing one path over another has become Trompe l'oeil,in tjis contemporary world of opportunism always tangled in strife. Undaunted conviction, whatever obstacles or challenges may lie on its path it takes courage and conviction to walk steadfastly on your own path drawn out of your conviction knowing sometimes you have to go it alone.
To lie well, particularly in such a way that reveals the clever machinations of the deceit and establishes the mastery of the subtleties of a given set of values, is a highly-desirable social and political achievement. Beautifully painted lies facilitate their exploration of deception. Rare are those who have it down to utter conviction. Once the path is laid out, they are unhinged, unwavered in their quest. The truth is the most desirable attitude in the world, and we are the most jealous critique loving reflexively denying anyone else the slightest glimpse of someone’s conviction of path . We betray the character routinely, spending hours and days stupor-deep debating in painted lies, seeing him or her through our tainted prisms and then turn back to our own “jugglery” holding out Mobius strip: “I only did it because I appreciate steadfastness in his or her conviction of path.
This is my way of thinking , and you don’t go into it-or, if you do, you don’t last-without some natural affinity for its priorities and demands. Truth Is Truth Hurts/
Everyone wants a leader who can analyze a situation, pick a direction, be resilient, open to suggestions and communicate it to grass root. Though choosing one path over another to be successful in contemporary world of opportunism is current saleable currency but always tangled in strife. Crudely saying to remain rigid(non compromising ) on their conviction path, ignoring global and ground realities of attaining cherished goals- . Do they consider it as their dream reward?,or It is infallible faith driven out of conviction that pulls them, cutting through the foliage of barriers.,Can they visualize the dream upfront without making readjustments and fine tuning’s on path ways , but making your conviction as carrier goals of common man you lead . Amidst these rough seas, we attempt to grasp life’s rudder ,. Over the years, I have known only a few, so utterly convinced on their conviction of path chosen, every step you've taken has been part of the path crafted out of your passionate conviction; You’ve never felt been lost in wilderment .... whether anyone likes it or not. You’ve never taken steps backwards. You’ve only been finding your way entire time of life.
Concerns and contemporaneous controversies arise especially in current days soscio-polotical economic environment, the delicate balance between morally proscribed truth and lies ,and the activation of compelling visual deceptions underscores the visual appeal of trompe-l'oeil art of this period.
When people talk about leadership qualities, they often mention self-awareness, empathy, socio political maneuverings skills , futuristic outlook based on ground reality and global changes — traits associated with emotional intelligence. But does the current data really support that? Throughout your life, how many of the leaders that you’ve known or read about actually had those qualities? There are just as many power-seeking, narcissistic, political-maneuvering experts who rise through the ranks. So do leaders need to be an introvert, an extrovert, or something else entirely? It really boils down to one thing. The most important quality is Strategist Conviction-in real time, no matter how skeptics or your critics viewed you , have been the steps you took in order to become who you truly are- Everybody has their own path. I just believe that with conviction and unweaving path you can make anything happen--
The path still being fallible, but they have undying admiration.
This is my nature , and you don’t go into it-or, if you do, you don’t last-without some natural affinity for its priorities and demands. What I am telling you, before you conclude in my story, is this-: I crave the truth,. The path still being fallible, but pursuing conviction of path have undying admiration.
What I am telling you, before you end my story, is this-two things: I crave the truth. And I don’t lie. Vision: a leadership vision is a testimony to the leader's core values and sets the tone for direction it is clear to me we as orphaned ,children of unfortunate land need to foster outstanding leadership. What makes a great leader? Great leaders are those who seek to leave a lasting legacy.-...Great Leaders Leave Legacies That Last .
“If your actions create a legacy that inspires others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, then, you are an excellent leader.”
What do you think?
As a leader, will you be known for your great leadership legacy?
