1.I expect to pass through this world but once; any good therefore that I can do, or any kindness that I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now; let me not defer or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again"..
2.When a slave adopts humility (tawaadhu i.e. I am nothing) for the sake of Allah Ta’aalaa, He elevates him, and when the slave lets pride (kibr i.e. I am something) overtake him, Allah Ta’aalaa disgraces him."
3."I wish that mankind would learn this knowledge - meaning his knowledge - without even one letter of it being attributed to me” – Imaam ash-Shaafi'ee4.. Never do I argue with a man with a desire to hear him say what is wrong, or to expose him and win victory over him. Whenever I face an opponent in debate I silently pray - O Lord, help him so that truth may flow from his heart and on his tongue, and so that if truth is on my side, he may follow me; and if truth be on his side, I may follow him. Medical Publicity.(A slender thread for Marketing TO ADVERTISING)
Medical Publicity.(A slender thread for Marketing TO ADVERTISING)
Computing professionals' actions change the world. To act responsibly, they should reflect upon the wider impacts of their work, consistently supporting the public good, Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct ("the Code") expresses the conscience of the profession.he Code includes principles formulated as statements of responsibility, based on the understanding that the public good is always the primary consideration. Each principle is supplemented by guidelines, which provide explanations to assist computing professionals in understanding and applying the principle.
No sooner any Medical professional does any operation' or have participated in some national or international event which most of times don't add on information to our existing knowledge of Medicine or no impact on improving our understanding of patient care ' or provision of Patient care have (is just a selfie "Marketing the product-)The real intent of post "Allah swt or the person knows best.
Sadly, the pic or post further gets hyped up with another pic ' Gif or comments of flattery " aah and wah kya baat hai ".Typically most of the times the vocabulary is like, ' in its first doctors at ......performed operation ....." whether it is a ...cm or ..kg ovarian cyst :a lap chole or hernia etc "...soe interventional procedure..
By my nature ,& throughout my career i have been encouraging youngesters to do better,to take future reigns in their hands, prepare them adequately to treat me or us ----so when I see our youngesters doing very well' reaching new heights or achievements' I feel so elated and happy .Equally true when they ae right I never hesitate to come or opine in their defense and dont tolerate blame game shame victimisation "whether it is news of misplaced facts printed like " gall bladder removed instead of appendix in Kashmir by surgeons " which made headlines from national newspapers to chinese dailies i strongly argued in professional way in support of the young surgeon appreciating lpreciating his timely decision on table then I campaigned and recommended " for him a certificate of appreciation which was duly endorsed.by authorities
( back to our today's story of "Standards of Medical publicity."
.--------------------------The deepest principle of human nature is the craving to be appreciated. In fact, research suggests that employees experience greater job satisfaction “through belonging to a work-place culture that endorses gratitude.”For some people, just knowing that one person saw that you did something great is enough—but not for most people. Shining a spotlight on other people’s accomplishments has multiple benefits. It turns the recognition moment into a heartfelt experience of gratitude. It helps leaders become more aware of the great work that they don’t see every day. It gives others a chance to heap on their own praise in the moment and see how that person is contributing. And it’s inspiring: observers see what your organisation values and want to do the same.
By spreading gratitude throughout your organisation, you build a culture where empathy, openness, and happiness thrive—and where resentment, hostility, and aggression wither. And that sounds like an organisation where anyone would want to work.
HIGHLIGHT PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS YOU'RE PROUD OF
Write about the moments in your life when you felt the most proud,In these situations, have I:Resolved a critical issue?Created or built something Standard which was not existing -?Developed an idea?Successfully met a challenge?-etc inProvision of care -the benficary of all this should be "patient ".
Fair enough we let people know about our achievements,..an inherited tendency of every humankind a i m no exception nor immune for such temptation for getting recognition or appreciation of my work or achievements which have impact on pt care ' or sets an iconic example for our gen next ..a road to follow. But plz take care at least adhere to the highest standards of ethical and professional behavio what to post as achievements in Medical field at times when Medical profession has reached such heights from Molecular biology to robots and dtones eigh artifical intelligence (AI)...think before we post what should make a news.
Sady (our healthcare)is far behind decades in QPS basic standards and ESR .cant kerp pace with developments being in low and middle income nations with past and present myopic Medical leadership who prioritized promotions and publicity over plans of improving pt care or expansion plans viz a viz population growth curve..
Rational comparison and Benchmark:
Mind it we r consious& well aware not to compare ( facilities:system: resources ) ofJohn hopkins to a dispensary or SDH at Gurez or to any Districts or GMC ...we know very well tools& methodology of bench marking and principles applied to it when we compare.
Advertising is the integral part of every day's life. It is a
pervasive method of marketing in society. Though the methods by
which marketers advertise have changed over the decades, the
role and purpose of advertising has changed over the period of
time.
i n our chequered Medical history .we hv to celebrate which Kidney transplant started in 1954 in world ( south africa and in India 1971 at CMC vellore.and since they went on progressing addon ..then afyer five decads we are mDe to believe :started celebrating a ( after 4 decades ..Tragedy too deep for tears of our ailing care..in 70s I Hadnt seen even Toyota or Ferraris etc I believed my Fiat later prdmier was the best car in world...I pray for system'ESR and QPS standards... When will we catch with ModernSafe Medicine Quality care delivered at all levels Primary, Secondary and Tertiary care.at least we excuse ourselves for our defeciency in communication skills wigh our care receivers and even colleagues ..which wont incur any financial or sophisticated machines but an empathetic heart and helping hand
Sadly .. our compliance on ESR is:??? -Essential safety requirements for delivering safe pt care ( QPS . ) as per WHo any healthcare facility to be declared or designated yo be safe for providing health care.Compliance onESR has tob 100%.not even 99.9 and zero tolerance for Medical negligence .
Excuse me:as:QPS expert...Does over publicised eventor intervention sand / or under publicised things on media.. make anyone more competant or incompetant skilled or mediocre ..?does such media columns or posts overshadow the implementation and compliance onQuality & Safety Principles..?in my life during his career i never saw any ad / column/ regarding Dr Ali jan..Good is good..Gold is gold doesnt become coal without publicity and reverse is more true..
