2.When a slave adopts humility (tawaadhu i.e. I am nothing) for the sake of Allah Ta’aalaa, He elevates him, and when the slave lets pride (kibr i.e. I am something) overtake him, Allah Ta’aalaa disgraces him."

Never do I argue with a man with a desire to hear him say what is wrong, or to expose him and win victory over him. Whenever I face an opponent in debate I silently pray - O Lord, help him so that truth may flow from his heart and on his tongue, and so that if truth is on my side, he may follow me; and if truth be on his side, I may follow him. The Kashmir Assembly--.Where the Ghost Scream
The Kashmir Assembly--.Where the Ghost Screams:A True Story of Victims Who Haunt
SHOPIAN TRAGEDY- What went wrong in Shopian, KASHMIR ?,will TRUTH BE EVER TOLD to THE house .Will anyone Apologize? DR.Manmohan Singh regretted for the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. Mr.MODI has no remorse for Gujarat _DID it do ANY GOOD to him or to his party?.. HIS PARTY lost election with a surprising margin. Have you ever wondered what it would be like to see a ghost inside your house? What do ghosts look like? Why do ghosts haunt certain houses? Why our house of representatives was considered haunted?. What went wrong in Shopian –truth to be told .? This is the focus of this report. By Dr Fiaz maqbool Fazili--------
There are many written accounts from around the world of sensible and down-to-earth people who have seen ghosts or experienced some sort of mysterious phenomena. A similar scenario is witnessed in our house of representatives though none of the members actually claims to have seen physically of ghost .With new theories of distortion of evidences is nothing but diversion of facts and justice gets delayed in case of Shopian victims definitely the ghoss of Nilofur and Aasiya is going to haunt the house,No matter the number of theories, inquiries and documents on the case, to this date it remains unsolved. No matter who considers themselves an expert on the case and who does not, the truth is that no one was ever charged for the murder of Aasiya and Nilofur , as far as we know, but unsolved murder and rape.
The consequences of misinformation about the Iraq War are now well known to world community. While in office, Bush administration officials who played important roles in planning to invade Iraq showed no remorse to acknowledge error. However, their predecessor, Robert McNamara a Pentagon leader, during his last days eventually regretted for taking a country into a disastrous Vietnam War. His belated acknowledgment came too late for many, and after his death last month he was remembered as a tragic and sorrowful figure. In the case of the Babri Masjid,Mr. Advani said its destruction was the saddest day of his life. Now you may not believe this constitutes an apology, or even that it is an adequate expression of contrition, but he did say it quite soon after the event. It didn’t do him any harm in his political emanicipation. His reputation as a Hindutva hardliner remained. When the Supreme Court of India asked the special investigation team to probe Narendra Modi's role in the Gujarat violence, his political rivals were quick to demand his resignation or apology, or both. If Modi obliged, they would have achieved their political goal of getting him to eat crow. Mr.Modi did not oblige. Did it do him or his party any good? Surprisingly, his party lost badly in recent elections. Political apologies make no sense unless you are prepared to confess to everything and accept the relevant legal consequences. You can apologize if you are personally keen to turn over a new leaf. Doing it out of political expediency is not only insincere, but an act of intellectual dishonesty. Look at Dr.Manmohan Singh's apology for the 1984 anti-Sikh riots: who apologized for whose crime? A Sikh PM who had nothing to do with the riots said sorry while his party continued to live in denial. Did it do him any bad? No .Instead his party won elections with unexpected majority and he still maintains the image of “MR Honest ,” even with his strong critics.
MURDER and rape of two defenseless young women would shake conscience of humankind any where, and war stricken Kashmiri society is no exception. The intensity of the shock in the entire Kashmir valley was much more severe this time . What went wrong in Shopian? – when the police recovered the bodies of two females near a stream in Shopian,in its first reaction state officials said, “Drowning could have been the possible cause of death, and ruled out any kind of violence”. The State Police succeeded in making the CM to believe that there was no foul play in the case and he was quick to buy the story. That was a political disaster. Had the government respected the peoples sentiment and removed the district police chief and his team immediately much of the evidence left behind by the criminals could have been retrieveable. Sitting on a false prestige which perhapos was determined by the feedback given by the then acting DGP, the government did not budge an inch from its stand which was respoinsible for protracting the valley wide protestsd. Lack of professional competence and procedures ,the doctors failed to do their job. They even failed to write the autopsy properly. Massive protest rallies erupted spontaneously throughout valley and continued uninterrupted. As promised, to establish truth all measures shall be taken. Nothing of the sort happened. The local administration, particularly the police, contributed to deepen the mystery, political leaders behaved no better. A case for murder and rape was registered only when forensic report found overwhelming evidence that a criminal offence has taken place. An image saving commission of inquiry was ordered With past memories still fresh in the minds of locals that nothing comes out of commissions set up by the government. People further lost trust in such commissions. The way public sentiments were trifled with references to the victims’ family are shameful and insultingLeading lawyers, journalists and legal experts , and public at large all showed grave reservations about the contents of the report ..With its contradictory and confused statements and allegations on the character of he victims and close family members, people lost confidence in the Government machinery and judicial commissions to bring criminals o the court.Crime reporting has long been a central part of news coverage in free press societies, because crime stories are usually newsworthy. There are several reasons why you should report crime honestly and why people want to read about or listen to stories of crime. Readers or listeners often want an explanation of why crimes happen. They ask: "Could it happen to me?" They may want to know so that they can prevent a similar thing happening to themselves. Readers and listeners need to know how laws are broken, and how people who break laws are caught and punished. This helps them understand what laws are and what the penalties for breaking them are. The tragedy in Shopian has posed questions and exposed our system failing on many fronts, namely medico-legal policy and procedures, criminal proceedings, laws prevailing in disturbed areas, bureaucracy and their administrative hierarchy, and above all political leadership. In none of its dimensions have the questions been properly answered and there is remote possibility now that the whole truth, without let up or hindrance, fear or favor would ever be spoken. In fact what suffered in Shopian, is the,`` Truth and Justice” itself. It puts a big, ``Q ``mark on those used their position and franchise to select or elect this Government. Apologies by those in power rarely satisfy anybody unless of course they come from within. When they do, it's because there is no downside to it. (MR.Advani is the best example.) Usually most of the politicians who have sins on their conscience go in for a real apology only when they have no option or when they do not care: they may be too old or about to retire or when the election time is nearby or when their crown is threatened. It is almost three months now; Will anyone apologize for Shopian tragedy, after all someone has to take some responsibility? Pending ,sincere apology from the state,s present administrators’ the writing on the wall seems to be very obvious that , ` a social unjust system is a volcano which can erupt any time.,~and till ` Truth to Be Told’ :This saying fits perfectly in describing present regime and its blog ,`` Kashmir Truth be told, h remains in waiting for the comments from his moderator `, till then cries of justice for eves daughters will eclipse the sessions inside or outside state assembly hich we will be forced to bear through for better or worse, for the next six years
Thank you.
